Mag. Jan Hospes is a lawyer specializing in IT law. He works as a researcher and consultant at the Research Institute – Digital Human Rights Center. His research interests include regulation and investigative powers in the field of cryptocurrencies, money laundering prevention and identity management systems. He is the author of several publications in the field of data protection law. In consulting, he specializes in particular in cloud topics and has participated in several data protection impact assessments.
